Service conversations the customer starts are free within the 24-hour window. On top of that you pay for the platform you build with — with Easy Flow Builder that's €50 per month, all in, with no per-user fees and no message limit from our side. The four message categories
Since Meta moved from conversations to individual messages, billing happens per delivered message, in one of these four categories:
