What's free and what isn't
Creating an account costs nothing. You can use the editor in full, build flows, and preview them. Actually sending messages to real customers becomes possible once two things are done: your Meta onboarding (business verification and a WhatsApp number) and an active subscription. That way you can take your time deciding whether the platform suits you.
Meta's own message costs, briefly
Alongside your subscription, Meta charges per delivered message across four categories. Service conversations the customer starts are free within the 24-hour window; messages you initiate fall into a paid category. Rates differ by country and Meta adjusts them periodically, so we don't quote amounts here that would be out of date tomorrow.

Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. The monthly subscription can be canceled month to month. On an annual subscription you pay €550 for twelve months.
Does the price include VAT?
No, the amounts listed are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added where it applies, depending on your country and your VAT status.
What happens when I send a lot of messages?
Nothing from our side: your subscription stays €50 per month regardless of volume. Meta does charge per delivered message in the marketing, utility, and authentication categories.
Do I pay extra for team members?
No. Unlimited team members with their own logins and roles are included in the price.
Is support included?
Yes, online support in English is included in the subscription, as is the AI assistant that helps you while building and during Meta onboarding.
