This privacy policy describes how Mediaplatforms B.V. (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 82415889), the provider of Easy Flow Builder, processes the personal data of visitors to this website and users of the application.
What data we process
From website visitors we process only the data needed to deliver and secure the site. From users of the application we process account details (name, email address, organization), billing details, and the data needed to run your flows.
Cookies and measurement
This website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure which pages get visited and which buttons work. That only happens if you consent in the bar at the bottom. If you decline, or make no choice at all, nothing is measured and nothing is stored on your device — the site behaves exactly the same.
If you consent, we process which pages you view, which website or search query brought you here, what device and browser you use, an approximate location at country or city level, and whether you click a button to the application or submit the contact form. We make no attempt to establish who you are, and we do not link this data to an account.
Google Ireland Limited acts as our processor here, under Google’s data processing terms. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area; Google does so on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google uses your IP address to derive that approximate location, but does not store it. Measurement data is retained for fourteen months.
The cookie holding your choice is called ef_consent, is valid for six months and is always set — also when you decline. Without it we would ask you again on every visit. It requires no consent, because it does exactly what you asked for. If you do consent, Google Analytics also sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<measurement-id>, which recognise your device as a returning visitor for two years.
The legal basis for this measurement is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time via Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page; the question then reappears and nothing is measured from that moment on. Withdrawing has no consequences for the rest of the site.
Your customers' data
When you run your flows, we process messages and contact details belonging to your customers on your behalf. You are the controller for that, and we are the processor. For that we enter into a data processing agreement.
Retention periods
We don't keep data longer than needed for the purpose it was collected for, and no longer than the law requires for administration and invoicing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and transfer your data, and you can object to processing. To exercise those rights, get in touch through the contact page.
WhatsApp and Meta
Messages travel over Meta's WhatsApp Business API. In doing so, Meta processes data itself under its own terms, which you agree to during onboarding. See also opt-in and GDPR.
Questions or complaints
Send your question through the contact page. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
