These terms apply to the use of Easy Flow Builder, provided by Mediaplatforms B.V. (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 82415889) in Woerden, the Netherlands.
The service
Easy Flow Builder is a web application for building and running conversation flows on the official WhatsApp Business API. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
Subscription and payment
The subscription costs €50 per month or €550 per year, excluding VAT. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled each month. See pricing.
Meta's costs
Meta charges per delivered message itself. Those costs fall outside this subscription and are billed to you by Meta.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for obtaining valid opt-in from your recipients, for complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business terms and with applicable law, and for not using the service for unlawful or misleading messages.
Availability
We aim for the highest availability we can, but maintenance and outages at third parties (including Meta) can limit the service temporarily. See our support policy.
Liability and termination
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the period concerned. Either party may terminate the agreement in line with the notice period of the chosen subscription.
