When you use Easy Flow Builder to process personal data belonging to your customers, you are the controller and we are the processor. This data processing agreement sets out how we handle that data.
Subject and duration
We process personal data solely to deliver the service: running your flows and sending and receiving messages. Processing lasts as long as your subscription does.
Types of data
Your customers' contact details (phone number, name), message content, and the variables you use in your flows. Sensitive personal data should not be processed over WhatsApp.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, role-based access control, and logging of administrative actions.
Subprocessors
For hosting and message delivery we use subprocessors, including Meta for the WhatsApp channel. A current overview is available on request through the contact page.
Data breaches
We report a data breach affecting your data without undue delay, with the information you need to meet your own notification obligation.
Return and deletion
After termination we delete the data or return it, except where we're legally required to keep it.
